Autumn is FINALLY here!!!!!
I got a crazy idea that it would be a wonderful thing for the girls to memorize poetry and passages so the first one we picked was a little poem appropriately titled Autumn Greeting....
"Come" said the wind to the leaves one day.
"Come over the meadow and we will play, put on your dresses of red and gold.
For Summer is gone and the days grow cold."
The girls are so sweet with their sing song voice and looking so proud that they can recite this without my help :) We are planning lots of fun pumpkiny (is that a word ?!?) adventures and we hope that you will follow along ;)
