I am finally embracing some of the wonderful southern foods that Hubby grew up on. This is my FIRST batch of Buttermilk biscuits EVER! What do you think? They were easier to make than I ever imagined and they flew out of the bread bowl at dinner ;)
I only had one little hiccup ~ NO biscuit cutter.
My glasses were either TOO big or Teeny Tiny ;) So, I went with the smaller glass to help decrease the cook time.
